4. Returns For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Opened e-liquid
Used or opened pods/coils
Used devices

Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within [14] days of delivery.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within [48 hours] with photos, and we'll send a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5–10] business days.

7. Cancellations Orders can be cancelled for a full refund only before they ship.
